The Estate

Michel Lenique is an independent winemaker based in Pierry, near Épernay, in the historic Champagne region. For several generations, the house has upheld artisanal expertise, with a deep commitment to the quality of the grapes and the expression of the terroir. Each cuvée is crafted with precision, in a family-oriented spirit, whilst respecting Champagne traditions.

The wine

Michel Lenique Blanc de Réserve is a non-vintage brut champagne made primarily from Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier. It is vinified in stainless steel vats to preserve its freshness, then aged on the lees for several years in the cellar. The precise blend and length of ageing result in a harmonious cuvée with fine, persistent bubbles, combining freshness, finesse and roundness. A champagne with character, perfect for all occasions.

Tasting notes

A bright, pale gold colour with a fine, persistent effervescence. The nose opens with aromas of citrus, white flowers and lightly toasted brioche. On the palate, the attack is lively, the texture silky, and the finish fresh and fruity. Michel Lenique Blanc de Réserve is a well-balanced champagne, ideal as an aperitif, with seafood, or a scallop carpaccio.
