Founded in 1812, Maison Laurent-Perrier is renowned worldwide for the purity of its style and its commitment to excellence. Located in Tours-sur-Marne, in the heart of Champagne, it has always prioritised innovation and the expression of Chardonnay. Here, it presents an iconic cuvée, the result of precise craftsmanship and absolute respect for the terroir.
Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Brut is made from a blend dominated by Chardonnay (over 50%), complemented by Pinot Noir and Meunier. It undergoes extended ageing in the cellar, beyond the AOC requirements, to develop great aromatic complexity and a beautiful finesse. It is a balanced, fresh cuvée of remarkable elegance, true to the House’s style.
The colour is pale, with a brilliant golden hue and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose reveals delicate aromas of citrus, white flowers and white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, the attack is lively, followed by a lovely roundness and a long, fresh and refined finish. Champagne Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut is ideal as an aperitif, with seafood or light fish dishes.
