The TerraNoble Sauvignon Blanc Reserva 2020 comes from small, carefully selected plots in the cool valleys of Casablanca and Aconcagua. Grown on alluvial and colluvial soils, this Sauvignon Blanc benefits from ideal conditions to express its natural vibrancy. Partial skin maceration precedes a slow fermentation at low temperature, followed by aging on fine lees for two months. The result: a wine bursting with freshness and aromatic intensity.
This 2020 vintage impresses with its clear, pale yellow color. The nose is pure and intense, with notes of fresh citrus, lime, green apple, and orange blossom. On the palate, TerraNoble Sauvignon Blanc Reserva reveals a beautiful tension, invigorating acidity, and a clean, lemony, and refreshing finish. It pairs perfectly with seafood, ceviche, warm goat cheese salad, or sushi.
