The wine

Cadiot Cabernet Sauvignon is made from fully ripened grapes, then fermented in stainless steel tanks with gentle extraction. It is partially aged in oak barrels to add body without masking the fruit's expression. This wine reveals the full typicity of the grape variety: a firm structure, minty freshness, elegant tannins, and a long finish. It represents a wonderful introduction to modern and balanced Cabernet Sauvignons.

Tasting notes

On tasting, Cadiot Cabernet Sauvignon offers a deep ruby color. The nose opens with aromas of blackcurrant, roasted bell pepper, spices, and blond tobacco.
