The Estate
Roble Eñe de Duero is produced by the Corazón de Roble winery, located in the renowned Ribera del Duero wine region of Castile and León. The estate cultivates Tempranillo grapes on selected plots in the villages of Boada, La Horra, Pedrosa, and Quintanilla de Onésimo. The vines, aged 12 to 20 years, benefit from optimal sunshine and low yields, promoting the natural concentration of the grapes. This prestigious terroir gives rise to balanced red wines, characterized by the finesse of oak and the richness of the fruit.
The wine
The Roble Eñe 2018 is 100% Tempranillo, aged for six months in French and American oak barrels. This meticulous winemaking process gives the wine structure, roundness, and aromatic complexity. Its modern and approachable profile reflects both the intense character of the grape variety and the typical elegance of Ribera del Duero wines. It is a wine designed to be enjoyed young, without neglecting its aging potential of two to three years.
