The Marigny Chardonnay 2022 is the result of the De Mour group's commitment to offering accessible, modern wines that reflect their terroir. Located in the Languedoc region, the estate cultivates its vines using sustainable viticulture practices, holding ISO 14001 and HVE certifications. Thanks to a sunny Mediterranean climate and rigorous grape selection, Marigny produces an expressive, structured, and remarkably versatile white wine. This Chardonnay is designed to combine freshness, simplicity, and immediate enjoyment.
This Chardonnay 2022, vinified in stainless steel tanks, is distinguished by its aromatic clarity and freshness. From harvest time, the grapes are carefully sorted to preserve their natural fruitiness. Fermentation takes place at low temperatures to extract maximum aromas while maintaining the characteristic tension of the varietal. No oak aging is used to preserve the pure expression of the fruit. It is a dry, clear, and harmonious white wine, easy to enjoy now.
Visually, Marigny Chardonnay 2022 reveals a pale yellow robe with silvery highlights. The nose is fresh, with notes of white flowers, pear, and tropical fruit. On the palate, the attack is lively and clean, followed by a supple and fruity mid-palate, with a pleasant lemony finish. It is a balanced, approachable, and thirst-quenching wine, perfect to accompany a shrimp salad, grilled vegetables, or fresh goat cheese.
