Château Haut Breton Larigaudière is a family-owned estate situated in Soussans, within the Margaux appellation. Since its acquisition by the De Schepper family in 1964, the vineyard has undergone extensive modernisation and replanting. The estate covers approximately 15 hectares of deep gravelly soil, an ideal terroir for producing wines of great finesse, combining structure and elegance.
Château Haut Breton Larigaudière 2020 is a Margaux red wine typical of Bordeaux’s left bank. Made from a blend dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Merlot and Petit Verdot, it stands out for its aromatic richness, precision and balance. Aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, this vintage reveals a classic, powerful and perfectly controlled style.
A deep, intense garnet colour. The nose reveals complex aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), sweet spices and fine oak. On the palate, the attack is crisp; the wine is dense, with silky tannins, and a lingering finish with notes of graphite and cedar. Château Haut Breton Larigaudière 2020 is a Margaux with good ageing potential, refined and expressive.
