Cava Creador is a sparkling wine produced in Catalonia using the traditional method. Produced under the DO Cava appellation, it embodies the elegance and authenticity of Spanish sparkling wines. The estate focuses on meticulous winemaking to guarantee fine effervescence, a refreshing character, and a pleasing aromatic profile. Cava Creador is made from traditional grape varieties such as Macabeu, Xarel·lo, and Parellada. After initial fermentation in tanks, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, using the traditional method. It then ages on its lees for several months to enrich its aromas and refine its bubbles. The result? A balanced, lively, and floral sparkling wine with a delicate and persistent mousse.
The Cava Creador presents a brilliant pale yellow color, enlivened by fine and lively bubbles. The nose reveals notes of green apple, citrus, white flowers, and a touch of brioche. On the palate, the attack is crisp, with refreshing acidity and elegant bubbles. The finish is clean and thirst-quenching, with a hint of lemon.
