Partial aging in stainless steel tanks and barrels preserves the purity of the fruit while adding roundness. All this without heaviness, thanks to a beautiful balance and controlled tension.
This Cadiot Merlot boasts a brilliant garnet color. The nose opens with notes of ripe red fruit, plum, light cocoa, and sweet spices.
