Heiner Saner

This Riesling Eiswein is produced in Germany. Eiswein, or ice wine, is a sweet wine made from grapes that have naturally frozen on the vine. When it is cold enough in winter, the grapes are harvested and pressed immediately. The process separates the frozen water from the concentrated sugars, resulting in a rich and sweet wine, often enjoyed as a dessert.

Tasting note

This extremely dense, golden-colored wine is remarkably clear and fruity. The nose is filled with aromas of peach, blackberry, and fresh lime. There are also exotic notes of passion fruit, enhanced by a touch of spiced forest honey. On the palate, the enchanting sweetness of the fruit is refreshed by a lovely acidity. The taste leans towards exotic flavors, with hints of mango and pineapple.
