Moscaminer

La Nascosta, founded in 2011 by Antonio Mastrojanni, rises from the heart of the Val d’Orcia, near Montalcino. Gradually acquiring land abandoned by village emigrants, the estate has made a name for itself with its bold work on white wines. Exceptional white wines bear witness to the success of this controversial strategy. Originally the owner of Mastrojanni, Antonio maintains the family’s reputation in the wine industry. La Nascosta, run by Antonio and his son Luca, brings together a wide range of family know-how.

FOOD AND WINE PAIRING

This Moscaminer would go perfectly with an exotic fruit salad. The sweet, fruity aromas of the wine would harmoniously complement the variety of tropical fruits in the salad, while its balanced acidity would refresh the palate between bites.
