Weingut Leth

Blauer Zweigelt Reserve was born in the middle of the Wagram, a gentle yet powerful slope that gives its name to the landscape. The family runs a winery with passion, idealism and innovation in the third generation. The Wagram offers ideal conditions for the vines of Blauer Zweigelt Reserve. It was created by glacial winds on the ancient bedrock of the Danube, and consists of loess layers up to 20 meters high.

Food and wine pairing

The wine’s medium ruby color and violet highlights suggest a vibrant, fruity character that will pair perfectly with the richness and tenderness of grilled beef tenderloin. The wine’s cherry notes will find a delicate echo in the sweetness of the meat, while the fine yet powerful tannins provide harmonious structure.
