Domaine Octavie is a family-owned estate located in Oisly, in the heart of the Touraine appellation, on the left bank of the Cher River. Run by the Octavie family for several generations, the estate is renowned for its meticulous and environmentally conscious viticulture. The vines are cultivated using sustainable farming practices on the clay-siliceous soils characteristic of the region. This rigorous approach, combined with expert winemaking, allows the estate to produce precise, authentic, and approachable wines, like this 2020 red vintage.
Domaine Octavie Touraine 2020 is a supple and fruity red wine made exclusively from Gamay grapes. The grapes, harvested at full maturity, are vinified in tanks to preserve their freshness and primary aromas.
