The Domaine Mouillard Étoile Sélection 2018 is a blend of traditional Jura grape varieties, primarily Chardonnay, sometimes complemented by Savagnin. This wine was aged in oak barrels for several months, respecting local methods. The result is a wine with a full structure, marked by minerality and a beautiful tension. The warm and generous 2018 vintage brings richness, balance, and aromatic intensity. This dry, gastronomic white wine embodies the elegance of great Jura wines.
