The Quincy vineyard covers 300 hectares planted with Sauvignon Blanc on a sandy-gravelly terroir. Committed winemaker Domaine Jacques Rouzé owns 16 hectares. Derived from the Sauvignon grape, Quincy has inherited its nobility and embodies all its attributes: finesse and distinction.

Tasting note

The Quincy Blanc 2022 features a clear and bright color. On the nose, it offers fresh aromas of white-fleshed fruits and flowers. On the palate, it has lovely liveliness and balanced acidity, with a refreshing finish. A wine that represents its terroir well, offering an elegant tasting experience.
