This new label stays true to the classic standards of the appellation but stands out with its copper-toned gold accents that highlight the characteristics of the landscape.

Winemaking and aging
Cold pre-fermentation maceration, 15 to 30 days in tanks, concrete and stainless steel of varying capacities, to refine parcel-specific vinifications. Each operation is approached based on the vintage and raw material, with each tank being analyzed independently. The tasting of the juices, following grape tasting and health assessments in the vineyard, determines the applied process.
Aging takes place for 15 to 20 months in French oak barrels from 10 different cooperages, with 70% of the barrels being new.
