Food and wine agreement

The 2021 vintage of the château Tour Baladoz is affirmed by its power in the mouth, requiring a combination with a dish to match. Opt for a stewed veal blanquette, a subtle proposal that will contrast strikingly with the robust tannins of this wine. The deep woody aromas of wine will blend in a striking way with this veal blanquette. A taste experience that will prove equally exquisite with desserts, such as chocolate fondant. The harmony of the tannins of chocolate and wine offers a new aromatic palette.
