Food and wine agreement
The 2015 vintage of Château la Croizille is a wine with a powerful structure. Thus, a rib of beef will marry perfectly with the power of the latter. In addition, it is also compatible with desserts, such as chocolate fondant. Indeed, the combination of chocolate and wine tannins harmoniously combines to give a whole new palette of aromas.
