First, the 2010 Château La Croizille is a wine with powerful structure. Indeed, a rack of lamb will marry perfectly with the power of the latter. In addition, it is also compatible with desserts such as chocolate fondant. The combination of chocolate and wine tannins harmoniously combines to give a whole new palette of aromas.
