Laurent-Perrier

Laurent-Perrier “La Cuvée” is a champagne of great finesse and freshness, perfect for an aperitif. It is made from the purest grape juice: only the cuvée must is used, which represents just 80% of the grape juice extraction. More than 100 Crus selected by Laurent-Perrier are used in the blend. Laurent-Perrier “La Cuvée” is composed of a majority of Chardonnay (over 50%), complemented by Pinot Noir (30-35%) and Meunier (10-15%). Reserve wines (15-30%) maintain the House’s style. A long aging process in the cellar of around 4 years allows the wine to achieve perfect maturity.

Tasting note

On the nose, this delicate champagne evokes fresh citrus, white flowers, vine peach, and white fruits. On the palate, the balance between freshness and complexity is remarkable. The wine develops with finesse, featuring a long, fruity finish.
