CADIOT Cabernet Sauvignon
Under the direction of Jean-Michel Garcion, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Bordeaux comes from 15-year-old vines planted on clay-limestone and clay-loam soils. The grapes, harvested when fully ripe, undergo a temperature-controlled maceration lasting around three weeks. The wine is matured in vats, with regular racking, before bottling in the estate’s cellars.
Tasting notes
Deep garnet-red colour. Smoky, woody nose with a background of jammy stone fruit. The palate shows balance and aromatic authenticity. The maturing process blends into the woodland atmosphere. Pleasantly tannic finish. A wine of character and terroir.
