Cadiot Cabernet Franc is made from carefully selected grapes, then fermented in stainless steel tanks with gentle maceration to preserve the fruit. Partial aging in oak barrels adds roundness and structure without masking the varietal's finesse. The result? A balanced, precise wine with elegant vegetal notes and a beautiful natural freshness. This 100% Cabernet Franc is an original alternative to classic Bordeaux blends.
The wine is a deep ruby red. The nose offers aromas of raspberry, sweet pepper, violet, and cedar. On the palate, Cadiot Cabernet Franc impresses with its supple texture, vibrant fruit, and silky tannins. The finish is crisp, slightly spicy, and very easy to drink. This wine stands out as an excellent single-varietal ambassador for the grape.
