Voila Blanc

This wine comes from vines that are on average 15 years old, planted on clay-limestone and loamy soils, with a planting density of 5,500 vines per hectare. The blend is composed of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Sauvignon Gris. The vineyard practices are traditional, following methods specific to dry white wines. The vinification is carried out at low temperatures to preserve the aromas. The wine is aged in tanks, with regular racking, before being bottled in our cellars.

Tasting notes

Château Rivière Lacoste Graves Blanc is perfectly matched to a plate of grilled seafood. The aromas of honey and apricot in wine are perfectly combined with the rich and delicate flavors of seafood, while its creamy and powerful texture brings an extra dimension to every bite.
